My mixed ability classes are for you whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for many years. I provide clear instructions and demonstrations with individual corrections and adaptations where required. For those requiring a challenge, intermediate level movements are included as options too.

If you have been told you have osteoporosis or osteopenia, wish to strengthen your joints, and/or want to improve your balance then come along and try a bone health class.
MC PILATES FOR... BEGINNERS
Learn from your first lesson how simple movements can help you understand where your "core" is and how you can help strengthen it.
For those completely new to Pilates, I recommend one or two private sessions to ensure you understand the fundamental principles and movements before joining a class.
