My mixed ability classes are for you whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for many years. I provide clear instructions and demonstrations with individual corrections and adaptations where required. For those requiring a challenge, intermediate level movements are included as options too.

For those completely new to Pilates, I recommend one or two private sessions to ensure you understand the fundamental principles and movements before joining a class.
