FAQ Bone Health classes - #1 - Kneeling

I am often asked if it is possible to come along to my Bone Health Pilates classes when kneeling is difficult or impossible. Many of my clients have knee/kneeling issues. After several years of running these classes I have all but eliminated kneeling exercises from them. Instead, we exercise the same muscle groups whilst standing, lying down on mats or seated on chairs.
