BEGINNER CLASSES
If you have never practiced Pilates before, then this is the place to start. Learn the basics of alignment, breathing and core control. Once you have gained an understanding of the basics, move on to an Improvers Class.
IMPROVER CLASSES
These up-tempo, challenging classes provide options to allow you to work to your own level - enabling you to tone it down or ramp it up depending on how your body feels on the day.
BONE HEALTH CLASSES
If you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia or wish to improve your balance, then this is the class for you. Watch my short video to find out more.
'HEALTHY BACKS' CLASSES
If you have recurring low back pain with no specific underlying diagnosis, then this gentle class will ease you into spinal movements.
