BEGINNER CLASSES

If you have never practiced Pilates before, then this is the place to start.  Learn the basics of alignment, breathing and core control.

IMPROVER CLASSES

These up-tempo classes provide options to allow you to work to your own level - enabling you to tone it down or give yourself a challenge, depending on how your body feels on the day.

BONE HEALTH CLASSES

If you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia or wish to improve your balance, then this is the class for you.  Watch my short video to find out more.

'HEALTHY BACKS' SESSIONS

If you have recurring low back pain with no specific underlying diagnosis, then these one-to-one sessions will ease you into spinal movements.
