BONE HEALTH CLASSES

If you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia or wish to improve your balance, then this is the class for you.  Watch my short video to find out more.

'HEALTHY BACKS' SESSIONS

If you have recurring low back pain with no specific underlying diagnosis, then my one-to-one sessions will progressively strengthen and increase the movement in your spine.
